Zach Mellion – President

Zach is a 1998 graduate of Revere High School and very proud of the education he received through the Revere Schools. Zach attended Case Western Reserve University for his undergraduate and dental education before completing his orthodontic residency at Saint Louis University.

Zach owns Mellion Orthodontics with his father and brother and is very committed to giving back to the community. He is the Programming Chair for the Emerging Leaders Board at Akron Children’s Hospital, serves on the executive committee for the Akron Dental Society, teaches at Case Western Reserve University’s School of Dental Medicine and serves on the board for the Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation at Saint Louis University.

Zach and his wife, Keira, a veterinarian, live in Bath and have three young children. Zach loves cycling and racing cyclocross. He and his family love to bike and hike in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and travel to new places.

Courtney Stein – Vice President

Courtney and her husband moved to the Revere School District in time for their oldest daughter to begin kindergarten. Revere’s excellent reputation drew them here, and they have been so pleased with the education their daughters have received. Currently, they have 2 teenage daughters who will be graduating in 2022 and 2025.

Courtney has taken an active role at the schools enjoying time as PTA President of both Hillcrest & Bath Elementary Schools and Revere Middle School. She has also volunteered in various ways for her girls' countless extracurricular activities. These roles have offered great opportunities to build relationships with the staff and students her kids engage with daily. A former school teacher and graduate of John Carroll University, Courtney runs her own direct sales business and is happiest when spending time with her husband and girls.

Mark Lapikas – Treasurer

Mark and his wife, Ashley, have lived in the Revere school district since 2011.  They have two young daughters who will be part of the Revere High School classes of 2032 and 2035. In addition to serving as Treasurer of the Revere School Foundation, Mark is also Treasurer of his homeowners association.

Mark is a CPA with Apple Growth Partners, where he serves as a trusted business advisor working with clients on business and personal tax planning matters.  Mark leads the tax practice at Apple Growth Partners and works with staff members on their career development.

A dual graduate of The University of Akron, Mark earned a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a Master in Taxation.  Mark also received an MBA from Ohio University.  Outside of work, Mark enjoys sporting events, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Lauren Gliozzo - secretary

Lauren has lived in Richfield for the past 10 years with her husband, Tony and 2 sons, Anthony and Salvatore who attend Bath and Richfield Elementary schools. She is an active member of the school district. She volunteers in the school/school libraries, is the secretary of Revere Schools Foundation, and an active member of PTA. Lauren is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After college, she worked at Johnson and Johnson for 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Her hobbies include hiking and skiing with her family, cooking, reading, and watching her children’s sporting events.

Greg Amend

Greg is a Shareholder with the law firm of Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs LLC and serves as a lawyer and trusted business advisor to his clients, which include a wide array of businesses, business owners and individuals.
Greg and his wife, Morgan (Revere High School, 1999), live in the Revere School District with their two daughters, the oldest of which attends Hillcrest Elementary.
He received his B.A. from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from the Syracuse College of Law.
In addition to his service to Revere Schools Foundation, Greg is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Summit County Republican party, an Alumni Advisor to the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity at Bowling Green State University and a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Northern Ohio Chapter.

Michele Hoza

Michele and her husband have lived in the Revere School District for over 15 years. They have a daughter at Bath Elementary and a son at Hillcrest Elementary. Michele enjoys volunteering inside and outside of the classroom as well as in the various extracurricular activities of their children. She is also involved with Junior Achievement. In her personal time, Michele enjoys tennis, reading and hiking.

Michele is an attorney at the law firm of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz in Cleveland, Ohio. She focuses her practice on securities law and general corporate law matters. She represents publicly-traded companies in a range of transactions as well as start-up and emerging growth businesses guiding them through formation, fundraising and growth. Michele received her B.A. from Kent State University and her J.D. from Cleveland State University – Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Tim Militzer

Tim has lived in the Revere school district since 2009 with his wife, and their son. When able, Tim volunteers with his son’s sports, and both he and his wife are taking an active role in the school district by volunteering in the classroom and around the District.

Tim has a passion for leadership and invests time in studying how to become a better leader, not only in his professional career but also in his family and the activities he participates. In his career, Tim has worked as a design engineer in a small company, as a leader in a large company managing engineers over 5 states, leading a startup manufacture in the data center industry and is currently working as an Operations Manager in entrepreneurial companies.  In each company that he works in, he strives to be the best leader he can while meeting company goals.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Tim earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree. Tim enjoys staying active and has participated in many marathons and triathlons – one of which was completing the Ironman Triathlon in Lake Placid, NY. For many years he has supported the efforts of Elves & More of Northeast Ohio and is active in the St. Hilary Parish.

Jason DiLauro

Jason began his Investment and Advisory career with Merrill Lynch in 1994. He later founded DiLauro Financial Services in 2009, which then became The Wealth Advisory Group of DiLauro Wracher & Thomas in 2015. His focus is on advising and assisting individuals and business owners with their financial planning needs.

Continually helping to improve our community is a priority for Jason. Acting as the founding president of the Revere Schools Foundation, and Vice President of the College of Businesses Marketing Board at the University of Akron, Jason creates scholarship and job opportunities for local students. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Akron, and earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, while maintaining Series 7, 63, 65, 9 and 10 licenses.

When not at work Jason enjoys golf, fitness, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their children, Isabella, Amilio, and Enzo.
